Foundation XX4Cs stands for ‘People Connecting Continents, Communities and Cultures’. The foundation develops projects with migrants organisations and small development organisations to promote development, democracy, human rights, security and dialogue in developing countries. It also develops innovative social projects with grassroot organisations in the Netherlands.
